JLT is located in the most popular district of new Dubai, close to top class golf courses and as well as entertainment venues, such as Wild Wadi, Mall of the Emirates (with its indoor ski-slope) and Ibn Battuta Mall. A number of beach resorts are in close proximity for access to beach facilities. The premier location of the community on Sheikh Zayed Road between interchange 5 and 5.5 (currently under construction) provides easy access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Knowledge Village and Jebel Ali Port.
